When your villa isn’t in use, we place it in our managed rental program and rent it to guests. Income is split according to your management agreement, with a clear revenue-share percentage agreed upfront. You’ll receive transparent monthly statements covering occupancy, income, and any expenses.
Everything needed to keep your villa guest-ready and protected: routine cleaning, garden and pool care, repairs, 24/7 security, guest check-in and check-out, marketing and bookings, and regular financial reporting—all handled by our team so you don’t have to be on-site.
Absolutely. As the owner, you have full access. Simply share your personal dates with our team in advance and we’ll block them out, so your villa is never booked by guests during the times you want it for yourself.
The process runs from selecting your unit and touring the location (in person or virtually), through legal and title checks, signing the agreement, and final handover. Our advisors guide you at every step—including paperwork, ownership structure, and available payment options.
